Healthcare Worker/City Worker/Industry/Teacher Offer: Applicable occupations include hospital workers, private practice (Doctor, PA, Medical Assistant, Nurse Practitioner), Dental Field (Dentist, Hygienist, Dental Assistant), Pharmacist, Nursing Field, Psychology/Psychiatry (includes Licensed Therapists), EMT. Pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or those who work for pharma or medical sales companies do NOT qualify for the Healthcare Worker Special. Teacher: Applicable occupations include K-12 Teacher, Teacher Aid, Principal, Vice Principal, Professors, Deans, University employees. Applicants must provide the following Valid ID Badge, Most recent pay stub or Offer Letter, Teaching certificate if recent graduate (Students do not qualify).
Armed Forces: Any Branch of the US Military. Applicants must provide the following: Valid Military ID and Most recent pay stub.
